The Financial Times’ best children’s books

The Peculiar Tale of the Tentacle Boy has been chosen by the Financial Times as one of their best books for children!

In his review, James Lovegrove described the novel as “an affecting, engaging study of the pleasures and pitfalls of outsiderdom.”

I’m so grateful to James for including me in this brilliant roundup alongside other wonderful titles such as Alastair Chisholm’s Adam-2 and The Midnight Thief by Sylvia Bishop.
